The technical specialist is a key support for the department manager and shall support the department manager in ensuring the technical competency of the department personnel. The technical specialist shall take on design roles up to and including Lead roles as designated by their department manager.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the assisting the department manager, in ensuring correct code compliance of the Electrical designs.The Lead Engineer/Electrical Technical Specialist responsibilities shall include but not be limited to the following:Maintaining technical competency in the fields of electrical designReviewing projects, designated by the department manager, as part of the independent review requirements for other designers' projectsAssist department manager on relevant regulatory compliance on projects within the Dublin Operation for Health, Safety and Environmental requirementsAssist in the development and management of relevant technical standards and codes within the Dublin Operation to align with Group knowledge management system.
