Job Title: HR Support Specialist
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment process by inputting requests into Workday and advertising vacancies
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment documentation for new hires
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with various HR projects
- Maintain and update the HRIS and ensure all employee records are accurate, current and compliant
- Update policies in line with legislation
- Support and input around soft HR initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A certificate/diploma in Human Resources or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of current employment legislation
- Knowledge of Workday is highly advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
