What You'll Do In this role, you'll work closely with a multicultural, globally distributed team to provide world-class customer support and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
Your day might include: Assisting international customers via email, chat, or phone with empathy and accuracy.
Troubleshooting account, billing, or technical issues — and finding creative solutions that delight customers.
Collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones to deliver projects that improve customer satisfaction, legal compliance, and business performance.
Sharing feedback and insights that help shape better products, training, and support content.
What We're Looking For Fluency in English and at least two of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing or technical-support role.
Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude for troubleshooting software or account issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team-player attitude with the flexibility to work as part of a global remote team .
A proactive, curious approach — you enjoy finding better ways to support customers and improve processes.
