Job Description:
The ideal candidate will oversee the management of hotel cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring that all areas meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the team in achieving high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent housekeeping services.
* Coordinate with reception services to allocate accommodation and manage room inventory.
* Manage laundry and linen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use.
* Plan and direct workload of accommodation assistants, ensuring effective staffing levels within budget.
* Inspect premises daily to maintain company standards of housekeeping.
* Collaborate with Maintenance to coordinate projects for guest rooms.
* Control finances, manage stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage a team.
* An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
