Seeking a skilled Sales and Office Administrator to join our team in supporting sales functions and ensuring smooth office operations. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales enquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to incoming sales calls and emails, effectively communicating with clients to meet their needs.
* Support the sales team by developing and delivering professional proposals, quotes, and customer documentation.
* Manage and maintain up-to-date client information, leads, and sales progress within the CRM system.
* Coordinate site surveys, sales meetings, and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and successful project outcomes.
Office Administration:
* Oversee daily office operations, managing incoming communications, and ensuring timely responses to queries.
* Maintain accurate filing systems, manage document control, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and replenish office supplies, assist with ordering project materials, and support accounts with invoice processing and payment tracking.
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, and internal communications across departments to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making.
General Support:
* Build strong relationships with installers, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery and timely completion.
* Assist management in generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing KPI updates to inform business decisions.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales processes and office systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
Requirements: Previous experience in sales administration or office administration; background in customer service and/or sales support; familiarity with solar energy or renewables (desired but not essential).
