We are seeking an Audit Director with 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our Privately-Owned Business team. This individual will work closely with experienced Partners, Directors, and Managers on a portfolio of audit clients in our privately-owned business segment. These clients typically have a turnover of €10m-€250m across various commercial sectors such as technology, retail, distribution, professional services, and engineering.

* The departmental resource manager will be responsible for utilizing resources effectively to manage client portfolios and achieve client service while targeting firm recovery.
* The position involves measuring progress against collective targets for First Client Review (FCR), Billing, Net Fee Income, and Cash Collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals.
* Developing staff in areas such as mentoring, training, and ongoing support is also a key responsibility.
* The ideal candidate will have experience working directly on advisory projects including:
o - Developing strategic business plans;
o - Providing technical accounting advice for acquisitions and changes in structure;
o - Managing accounting framework transitions;
* Collaborating with the Financial Advisory and Tax teams on projects is also essential.
Minimum Requirements:
* A qualified Accountant with 7 years of PQE, preferably from a medium or large practice environment.
