Healthcare Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Specialist to support our electronic health record (EHR) system implementation across Ireland. In this role, you will assist in configuring, testing, and validating provider-facing applications, including physician care manager, order management, and international medical objects capabilities.
* Support the implementation of EHR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms.
* Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to maintain end-to-end clinical integrity across modules.
* Participate in testing activities, including integrated testing and user acceptance testing, under the guidance of the workstream lead.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A clinical degree, with demonstrated experience in healthcare clinical/provider operations.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare clinical/provider operations.
* Familiarity with clinician/provider workflows, clinical safety practices, and quality reporting standards.
* Good project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
