Role Overview
AEI are actively seeking a detailed orientated CRM & Sales Support Assistant to support our growing sales Team.
The position would be based in Tullamore, Co.
Offaly.
This is a full-time position inclusive of a competitive salary, laptop, phone and additional benefits outlined below.
As a CRM & Sales Support Assistant you will play a key role in keeping the sales team running smoothly.
You'll manage and update our CRM system, assist with quotes, and handle day-to-day admin tasks that keep things moving.
This role calls for someone highly organised, a clear communicator, and confident juggling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support Sales Productivity: Act as a central point of contact for the sales team, providing day to day support to help them stay organised, efficient, and on track to meet targets.
CRM Management: Keep our bespoke CRM system up to date with accurate sales data, lead activity and client information
Quote Preparation: Assist in creating and managing quotations, ensuring consistency and accuracy in line with company standards
Lead Scheduling Oversight: Monitor lead scheduling to ensure follow-ups are timely and no opportunities are missed
Admin & Task Coordination: Handle general admin tasks and help keep team workflows clear and organised, ensuring each rep has the support they need.
What We Are Looking For
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders
Detail Oriented: Accurately collecting and recording information
CRM & Data Entry Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce) an advantage
Time Management & Organisation: Ability to prioritise and follow up on tasks efficiently
Team Collaboration: A proven team player capable of driving results through effective collaboration.
Basic Market Knowledge: Previous experience in the solar/renewable energy sector is an advantage
