Impactful Role
You will be a crucial part of the team, helping to provide peace of mind to clients and the communities you serve.
What You'll Do
* Operating switchboard and directing calls in a professional manner
* Sending shipments by courier & handling outgoing post.
* Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock
* Coordinate and deliver weekly Site Communications newsletter
* Manage and approve new mobile phone applications
* Provide Admin Support for HR function
* Responsible for Meeting Room Booking system
* Ad hoc project support for HR as required.
What We're Looking For
* Personable, friendly, enjoys interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Fluent English.
* Excellent organisational/time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative
* Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent work experience
* Strong Microsoft suite skills (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel).
