Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily prep.
* Help maintain a high standard of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
* Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
* Contribute creative ideas for seasonal or special breakfast dishes.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef role, preferably in cafés or casual dining.
* Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch dishes is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
* Passion for culinary creativity and teamwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €33,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
