This is a
delivery-focused Business Analyst role,
sitting directly with
Product and Engineering
and working hands-on across
bespoke SaaS development
. You'll work closely with developers, shaping requirements, challenging scope, and driving features through to release.

The Role
* Working closely with
product and engineering
* Write
user stories & acceptance criteria
* Own backlog refinement and
Scrum ceremonies
* Challenge scope, estimates, and timelines
* Bridge business needs with
developer execution
* Support KPIs and feature performance tracking
What You'll Need
* 5+ years as a
Business Analyst
in a software/SaaS environment
* Strong
Agile / Scrum
delivery experience
* Experience working directly with
software engineers
* Experience on
bespoke product builds
* Solid SQL + BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
* Comfortable discussing
APIs and data structures
