Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a customer service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, answering calls and managing correspondence, organizing documents and maintaining records, and participating in projects and supporting task execution.

* Manage correspondence, including responding to emails and phone calls.
* Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
