Hotel Operations Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hotel operations leader to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
* Manage multiple stakeholders within the hotel
* Oversee hotel operations, greet guests, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional hospitality
* Assist other managers with interviewing and recruitment
* Coach and train new employees to ensure everyone feels confident in their new roles
Requirements:
* 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels
* People leadership and motivation experience
* Proven ability to develop talented employees
