Job Summary
The EHS Manager will oversee the execution of environmental, health and safety strategies across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Delivery & Risk Management: Embed EHS standards into day-to-day operations to support safe, compliant, and reliable operational delivery with a Zero-Harm mindset.
* EHS Strategy, Compliance & Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain the site EHS Strategy in alignment with global organisational KPI's.
* Culture, Capability & Training: Lead the development of a highly engaged EHS culture across the plant.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field;
* A proven track record of implementing and maintaining EHS strategies in a similar environment.
