Responsibilities: Participate in the creation, review and approval of I&C project deliverables such as specifications, design documents, drawings and calculations, Factory Acceptance Test documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required. I&C deliverables include: Instrument selection and developing Datasheets. Updating, creating, and reviewing Drawings (Loop, Panel Interconnection, Network, P&ID and wiring Drawings) Cables Schedules Instrumentation Schedules Instrument Tubing Schedules. Instrument Loop Diagrams. Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams. Architecture Diagrams Design 3D Modelling Vendor Equipment Packages. Electrical Block Diagrams User Requirements Specifications Additional Criteria Understand and define project requirements and develop technical solutions Knowledge and understanding of cGMP, GAMP and related industry standards and customer requirements. Coordination and specification of I&C Tender and Construction packs Execute site master planning and Detailed Design engineering phases with other team members. Prepares engineering studies and schematic design for new systems Analyse operation of existing systems. Development and managing of client relationships. Ensure all design and project work is completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements including, Quality (GMP), EHS, Global Engineering, design & construction directives, requirements & procedures, as well as all Local regulatory requirements. Prepare P&IDs (piping and instrumentation diagrams), process control narratives, instrument lists and I/O (input/output) lists as part of project design.
