We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Multi-Skilled Technician to join our site operations team. This role requires a team player with a strong facilities background who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate within a multi-skilled team to deliver high-quality, hands-on support
* Execute and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across site
* Ensure full compliance with safety protocols (permits, SDS, risk assessments, COSHH, etc.)
* Monitor and close out job requests in a timely manner
* Achieve monthly KPIs for PPM and Helpdesk performance
* Review service reports and organise remedial work as needed
* Provide onsite support and direction under the guidance of Facilities or Site Leads
* Promote and uphold HSQE standards, and report any safety risks immediately
* Adhere to operating procedures and support core site values
* A background in plumbing or building services
* Previous experience in facilities management or a similar environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effective
* A positive, collaborative mindset - able to work independently and in a team
