OverviewJoin to apply for the Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC role at Aviva.Aviva Ireland have a new vacancy for a 12-month fixed term contract who will provide integrated in-house regulatory and governance legal advice to our Life & Pensions business in Ireland.This position lies in a busy and strategically important team which delivers first class legal advice and manages diverse client relationships across the UK and Irish business divisions. You will be joining a committed and collaborative team in Dublin, reporting to the Head of Legal at Aviva Life and Pensions Ireland DAC.ResponsibilitiesProviding legal advice with support as required to various business unitsAssist the Head of Legal and wider legal team with identification and prudent management of legal, regulatory and reputational risk with a particular focus on project workProvision of general legal advice and assistance in relation to (new) business initiatives, programmes, services and products as requiredQualifications & ExperienceRelevant post-qualifying experience. In-house experience in a Financial Services/Regulatory environment or large private practice.
