Job Title: Regional Sales Development Manager
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and expand market presence within the construction supply sector.
A successful candidate will possess solid industry knowledge, a consultative approach to sales, and the ability to develop strong partnerships within the trade community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with builders, contractors, developers, and trade-focused customers.
• Proactively manage an existing client portfolio to maintain satisfaction, foster repeat business, and ensure loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal commercial and branch teams to support pricing, product availability, delivery requirements, and order fulfillment.
• Produce regular performance reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
• Proven background in field sales or business development within the construction, building materials, or related trade supply sector.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple customer types.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing a schedule independently.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Full, clean driving license required.
