Beyond delivery, you'll stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices and shaping frameworks, tools, and templates that enable scalable AI adoption.This is a role for a visible leader—someone who can navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence change in a fast-paced environment. Who we are looking for
Proven experience in business process optimisation, digital transformation, or operational excellenceStrong understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications in businessSkilled in stakeholder engagement and change leadership across diverse teamsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in process mapping and data analysis toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills to influence and inspireFamiliarity with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma)Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldCertifications in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) or AI/ML fundamentals are a plusBusiness acumen with a solid understanding of technology and emerging trendsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business valueComfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
