We are looking for a motivated, and highly experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. As a core member, you will have the opportunities to lead and contribute on designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless integration and superior performance. You'll also serve as a key technical leader, advancing the technology stack, optimizing performance, enhancing developer workflows, and building innovative cloud & AI native software solutions.
Your Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software for new features.
* Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve our platform.
* Develop, test and optimize code for performance, maintainability and standards.
* Contribute in code reviews and make recommendations.
* Use CI/CD techniques to ensure clean working environments and agile deployments.
* Debug and troubleshoot cloud-based applications.
* Work closely with our product and design teams to define feature specifications.
* Participate in all aspects of the SDLC
Our Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience in design, develop, deploy and maintain cloud native application
* Ability to lead project and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Passion for learning new things and a desire to continuously improve
* Deep sense of product ownership.
* 7+ years of product development experience.
* Strong programming experience in Node JS/React JS.
* In-depth Experience in building cloud-based applications on AWS.
* Experience with NoSQL data stores, preferably Dynamo DB.
* Experience in GraphQL, Lambda, Event driven architecture, CI/CD tool, AWS CDK a plus
* Able to work in a hybrid environment, approx. 2-3 times a week in the office.
