Key Responsibilities:

* Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
