Under the general guidelines of senior management and executive chefs, oversee the day-to-day operations in line with departmental and hotel standards, providing high-quality service to guests while adhering to statutory health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. To assist senior chefs in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by maintaining all areas to the required standards.
2. To coordinate and execute training for commi chefs and apprentices.
3. To motivate staff and promote a positive team environment.
