Job Summary
The Organisational Support Specialist will be highly organised, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening CV's, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* HR Administration and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Employee Relations and Support: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
* Benefits Administration Support: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. pensions, leave management).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR Administrator or Co-ordinator role.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
