Job Description
1. Assist in the installation, setup, and validation of production equipment.
2. Support routine and preventive maintenance activities under the guidance of senior technicians.
3. Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment faults related to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by observing and recommending potential process optimizations.
5. Interpret basic blueprints and schematics to support equipment understanding and diagnostics.
6. Support documentation and compliance efforts related to production and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Graduate with a Level 6 or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
* Industry placement desirable.
* Strong interest in manufacturing and technical problem-solving.
* Eagerness to learn and develop hands-on skills in a highly regulated production environment.
