12 Month Day Rate Contract Dublin - Hybrid 3 days on-site We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer with deep expertise in Open Stack on behalf of a client on a day-rate contract basis.
In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure within a high-availability environment, supporting large-scale systems and contributing to continuous improvement across our Dev Ops ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Open Stack cloud infrastructure.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using industry-standard tools.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release processes.
Troubleshoot complex issues across networking, storage, and compute layers.
Optimise cloud performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience working with Open Stack in production environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, virtualization, and cloud networking.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions).
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
Containerisation experience (Docker, Kubernetes) a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
