Role Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems. Support of FATs, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover. Develop SOPs and WI for facility Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air Engineering metrics reporting and action planning. Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.) Qualifications Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering Preferred Competencies and Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Analytical problem-solving skills. Active listening skills and ability to integrate diverse perspectives. Timely decision making. Ability to respond to changing priorities.
