As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and support the Group Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Payroll Officer in preparing weekly payroll, including reviewing timesheets and tracking employee holidays
* Draft and submit documentation to Revenue and pension providers
* Handle employee queries related to payroll
* Process expense invoices for the Accounts Payable function
* Manage customer payments and direct debit processing
* Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts
* Support management with KPI reporting
* Assist in compiling sales reports
* Reconcile customer orders using the Procure Wizard system
* Participate in various ad-hoc finance projects as required
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
* Payroll experience preferred
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with Procure Wizard is an advantage
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage or similar platforms

Pay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
