About the Job
This role involves providing clinical oversight to a large team that delivers care and support to adults with disabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure compliance with HIQA standards in collaboration with the management team.
* To implement Enable Ireland policies and procedures effectively.
* To promote best practices in disability services by supporting staff development, resource management, safe service delivery, standard setting and monitoring, communication facilitation, and risk management across the service.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
1. A registered Registered Nurse with NMBI registration required.
2. A valid University Degree or equivalent qualification in Nursing is necessary for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience along with recognised continuing professional development.
Minimum 3 years' working at senior level or supervisory capacity are also essential. Additionally, information about evidence-based work managing teams working alongside children/adults experiencing physical disability would be welcome. ----------------------------------- �
