Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct desktop quality audits on all works allocated, ensuring all checks are fully completed to the highest standards, before jobs are submitted to the client as complete.
* Collaborate with different teams to implement corrective measures where need be, to ensure works on the project meet the required standard.
* Maintain accurate records of audits and of any corrective actions in line with company procedure, whilst ensuring to also fully follow up on any such actions.
* Liaise with installers, supervisors, and TL daily.
* Monitor and assess that all jobs are audited and ensure no jobs get missed, flagging any issues as required, that may occur.
* Assist in developing and implementing internal quality assurance policies and procedures.
* Trending analysis from audits to eliminate quality, safety or environmental issues and achieve audit compliance in line with client requirements.
* Prepare and submit reports on rotational basis.
* Assist TL on tasks where required.
* Be familiar with and follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
About the role
TLI Group are accepting applications for our expanding Desktop Quality Auditing Team within our Smart Metering project, the role is office based in our Limerick office, with the possible option of part working from home, after full training has been successfully completed, (Up to discretion of the manager).
