The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Campus Director in the Irish Life Centre. This pivotal role will join the Savills Property Management team and is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of one of Dublin city centre’s largest and most iconic business campuses. The Campus Director will lead and oversee the campus management team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a seamless, high-quality experience for all stakeholders with particular focus on ESG.
This is a key leadership position requiring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong commitment to professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the direction and performance of the overall management of the Irish Life Centre Campus (ILCC).
· Oversee the campus management team to ensure excellent quality of output and to the very highest of professional standards.
· Entertain regular contact with key stakeholders (IL Shareholder, IL Policyholder, tenants, state bodies, local community etc) to help achieve their required goals and targets as well as other 3rd party advisors.
· Ensure the campus is maintained to an excellent standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for its occupants and visitors.
· Promote and drive strategic initiatives that help further the overall success of the campus.
· Provide such reports and attend such meetings as required for the purposes of reporting campus progress and updates.
· Work closely with the Savills head office team to ensure delivery of the role to the required standard.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a wide array of high-profile stakeholders and ensure ILCC’s brand, values, and standards are upheld at every stage - delivering an unparalleled level of service and sustainability, exceeding expectations, and creating an environment that inspires all who engage with it. You will also be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to your work with a continuous willingness to change and improve. Be self-motivated with a goal and results orientation.
· Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a desire to deliver quality of output.
· Generate ideas and new ways of doing things, and have the ability to influence others.
· Have the desire and ability to identify new initiatives / opportunities.
· Be capable of satisfying customer needs, managing expectations and have excellent people management and communication skills.
· Be SCSI / RICS qualified or in the process of completing / intending to complete qualification.
· Have extensive estate management experience and an ability to face new challenges in a fast-changing industry.
· Have a solid understanding of ESG and the importance it plays in the built environment.
· Be able to demonstrate a track record of operating in a busy, ever-changing environment with multiple stakeholders delivering positive results and outcomes every time.
· Be IT competent and ideally have experience with our property management software system Yardi.
