We are seeking a customer-focused professional with a keen interest in interiors to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a natural eye for design, a deep appreciation for interiors, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer is given outstanding service through superior product knowledge and sales delivery that goes above and beyond customer expectations. You will play a key role in delivering a premium, personalised shopping experience—guiding customers with confidence, care, and creativity as they select furniture. It is essential for us that you are able to build a rapport with our customers, ensuring that every customer is given outstanding service.
The Role:
* Maintain the standards of the showroom.
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
* Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
* Advising customers on furniture selection and interior solutions
* Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
* Handle orders, quotations and general customer follow-ups.
* Creating Social Media posts and campaigns.
* Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner.
* Product Labelling.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Should have a Keen interest in Interiors & Interior trends.
* 2Yrs experience in a customer facing role.
* Computer Literate.
* Content Creation Savvy.
* Furniture Sales an Advantage but not essential.
* Varied Schedule flexible rota to suit your work life balance.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
