Site Leadership Role
As a site leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our major commercial construction project in Limerick. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with the site team, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure seamless operations
* Overseeing site setup and preparing facilities for the project start date
* Ensuring quality control and reporting updates to the Regional Director on a regular basis
The ideal candidate will possess a third-level qualification in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in construction management.
They should also have strong professional written and communication skills, as well as proficiency in project management software.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately €80k-€90k per year, a company vehicle or travel allowance, performance bonus, pension contribution, and contributions to healthcare.
