C103 plays Cork's Greatest Hits from their newly designed studios in Broadcasting House. Both brands attract 217,000 adult listeners across Cork City and County each week.Your Role: Cork's 96FM & C103 are looking to expand on its market-leading sales team, and we are now hiring a Sales Executive to drive local business, new business acquisition, and identify new revenue streams. You will manage a set of key accounts while striving to grow revenue and build lasting client relationships. A passion for sales, media, and exceeding targets is the key to success in this role.The successful candidate will have a flair for communication and negotiation, with the drive and ambition to bring our brands to new commercial customers.Day to day you will:Develop new business for Cork's 96FM & C103 across ALL our platforms – on-air, on-street, and onlineIdentify new revenue streams through our social and online platformsMeet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets as set by sales managementPrepare accurate advertising contracts on behalf of the companyComplete all sales-related paperwork, including reports, bookings, production requests, solutions briefs, credit applications, CRM, etc.Adhere to all sales department policies, including recommended rates and packagesAssist with special sales-related projectsStay abreast of competitive conditionsConsistently strive for best-in-class customer care deliveryManage and grow existing accountsWhat we're looking for from you:Highly motivated and a self-starterTech-savvy with strong knowledge of digital platformsExperience in sales (media sales preferred but not essential)Must have strong cold-calling skillsAbility to manage the full sales cycle, from lead sourcing to closingEfficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel & PowerPointValid full Irish driving licence with own carWhat's in it for you?You will receive a competitive salary + car allowance + commissions.We love our business and what we do.
