As Freight Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial and operational activity across European freight movements. Working closely with sales, operations and customers, you'll assist with pricing, customer communication and shipment coordination in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare freight quotes and support rate requests
* Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipments and services
* Coordinate with operations to provide accurate updates
* Process bookings and maintain pricing and customer records
* Support day-to-day sales and freight administration
Requirements
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy logistics environment
* Previous experience in freight, logistics or transport
* Exposure to quoting, rates or customer accounts
* European language skills (Italian, Spanish or French)
