We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Professional to join our team in the hospitality industry.
This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placement and onboarding. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across Munster and providing advice on recruitment trends and career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
2. Develop strong partnerships with clients and candidates, ensuring high-quality staffing solutions.
3. Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
4. Screen, interview, and assess candidate suitability for hospitality roles such as kitchen assistants, waiting staff, and bar staff.
5. Provide expert guidance to clients and candidates on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and career development opportunities.
6. Meet and exceed agreed recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment database/CRM.
8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or hospitality management (agency experience a plus).
* Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Ireland, including key trends and developments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and revenue goals.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
