Position: Service Engineer
As a Service Engineer, you’ll have the right technical knowledge to analyse and resolve issues with our products on site, whether during setup or hire. You’ll collaborate closely with our Transport and Logistics Team and Operations Team to address customer queries remotely or on-site.
Your role is crucial in delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service, so a customer-focused attitude is essential!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver, install, and set up our rapid deployment CCTV security systems (Towers, CCTV, RSI & Reconeyze).
2. Detect malfunctions or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions, both on location and remotely.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks.
4. Diagnose complex technical issues and apply standard or innovative solutions.
5. Inspect installations according to standards.
6. Update professional knowledge through self-study and training.
7. Complete scheduled tasks from the Service Delivery team.
8. Manage local stock supplies, including timely ordering of materials.
9. Maintain order and cleanliness at work and in the service vehicle.
10. Communicate with customers and colleagues, seek business opportunities, and handle customer paperwork.
11. Comply with all H&S requirements, including PPE usage.
12. Support team activities at the local operations hub when not on core tasks.

What’s On Offer:
* Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 depending on experience.
* Full-time, 37.5 hours/week.
