IT Director - IT Service Ops Transformation
IT Director opportunity in Dublin. Newly created position to drive an IT Service Operations transformation with a big brand global organisation.
Highly visible, autonomous, senior, impactful role. The organisation is centralising a number of key IT functions and are building a strong leadership team to execute the transformation. You will be responsible for creating and owning the execution of the strategy, developing the team and making a huge impact on a critical change journey.
The organisation is highly successful, fast growing, dynamic and complex. This will be a challenging & exciting role for an ambitious, proactive IT Director who has had success at this level and is hungry for their next challenge.
Key elements of this role will be hiring, developing people, driving an excellent team culture, building relationships with key stakeholders, creating & executing on service ops transformation strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background who has progressed into a Head/Director of IT (or similar), with a track record of driving transformation in IT Service. You will have strong experience managing stakeholders, managing vendors and managing a team, along with experience operating at a strategic level in a global organisation.

Skills / experience:
15 - 20+ years’ experience, with a strong track record as a Director of IT, CIO, IT Director, Head of IT or similar
Strong vendor management and stakeholder management experience
Track record driving transformation in global organisation
Experience in global organisations
Strong communication & Leadership skills
