This is a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor or Assistant Manager who's ready to step up into a Store Manager role.

The Role As Store Manager, you'll lead your team with confidence and positivity, driving sales and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
You'll manage day-to-day store operations, coach and support your team, and have the freedom to make a real impact - all while being supported by your Area Manager and Head Office.
You'll benefit from a rotating roster that supports work-life balance, alternating between Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities Champion excellent service and create an engaging customer environment Drive store performance through strong leadership and daily coaching Manage visual merchandising, stock levels, compliance and staff scheduling Support in recruiting, training, and developing your team Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently day-to-day About You 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail setting (Supervisor or Assistant Manager) Enthusiastic, hands-on, and passionate about fashion.
