Group Revenue Manager for Irelands leading collection of independent hotels Were looking for a strategic thinker to lead revenue management and digital transformation across this portfolio of unique properties. The Group Revenue Manager will combine analytics, technology, and hands-on leadership to maximize room revenue while respecting each hotels independent identity. Key Responsibilities: Shape and execute group revenue strategy, including AI and digital integration. Manage and optimize revenue management systems (procurement, implementation, training). Analyze hotel performance and provide actionable insights to support business growth. Monitor and maximize hotel revenue across all market segments. Oversee CRS, PMS, and OTA systems in collaboration with the Group Systems Manager. Deliver training and support to member hotels and central teams. Lead the Central Reservations Team alongside the Reservations Manager. Represent the company at tech events and advise the board on future systems. Maintain deep knowledge of all member properties and market opportunities. Report performance and strategy to the board and present to member hotels.
