Job Description:
This is a high-impact role within the EMEA Docusign Solutions Consulting organisation based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
1. Articulate Docusign's company vision, key messages, and value proposition to customers.
2. Work with decision-makers to understand business challenges and pain points.
3. Create innovative solutions that resolve customer issues.
4. Present solutions to stakeholders.
5. Have command of the Docusign platform and its features.
6. Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services for timely delivery.
7. Assist in winning customer opportunities through active engagement.
8. Understand core technologies, systems integration, and APIs.
9. Create compelling solutions for customers.
10. Respond to RFPs and RFIs.
11. Present or demo solutions at industry events.
Requirements:
1. A proven track record in Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager roles.
2. Experience presenting to customers and delivering impactful software demonstrations.
3. Proven experience with solution design and technical proposal writing.
4. Degree qualified or equivalent.
5. Fluent in English and German.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with fast-growing cloud-based software and ability to work at pace.
2. Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like CLM, CRM, ERP, E-Signature.
3. Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models.
