The Role:
We seek a dynamic Premier Bar Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a dedicated team. This is a hands-on role with tremendous growth potential for someone passionate about hospitality and business success. You will report to senior management weekly and have full operational oversight.
1. Liaise with the staff by recruiting, training, motivating them to meet top standards via regular performance assessments coaching which maintain high quality services standard.
2.
