Job Description:
Vertex is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our International Professional Services team.
The successful candidate will primarily support Tax Determination implementation projects, while also gaining exposure to a broad range of Tax Technology solutions across our pan-European delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Work under the guidance of senior consultants to support project delivery activities.
Update Solution Design Documents and maintain accurate project documentation.
Create and update process flow diagrams to support solution design and delivery.
Perform configuration activities within Vertex solutions as instructed.
Develop, update, and refine client training materials.
Take detailed and accurate meeting notes to support project communication.
Participate in testing cycles, including preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
Gain exposure to VAT Compliance and eInvoicing solutions through project shadowing and completing ad hoc tasks as needed.
Contribute to process automation initiatives that may arise during project engagements.
Team & Work Environment
Join a collaborative pan-European team of consultants with 1–25 years of experience in Tax Technology.
Work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional on-site presence at our Cork office, located in the Cork Airport Business Park.
Vertex will provide all equipment necessary to perform the role effectively.
