Position Overview:
This role manages the design and delivery of reports and dashboards from IT systems, ensuring that business decisions are supported by reliable and timely information. In addition, the postholder acts as the organisation's Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring compliance with data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR) and leading on policies, training, and audits relating to information governance and privacy. Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of organisational data.
Key Responsibilities
Information Governance and Data Protection
* Act as Data Protection Officer for Bartra Healthcare, ensuring compliance with GDPR and related legislation.
* Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for data protection, information security and records management.
Data Reporting, Analysis and Presentation
* Collaborate with Senior Management Team and Clinical Healthcare teams to identify reporting needs.
* Project manage, design, build and maintain dashboards and reports, including exceptional reporting, presented in a clear concise format to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Systems Administration and Support
* Coordinate administrative functions in line with business needs and systems.
* Work closely with Marketing personnel to ensure data is presented in a professional and refined style and social media posts are frequently posted in a curated manner
Required qualifications and/or experience
* Bachelor's degree in data analytics, or a related relevant field.
* Experience in a data analytics and/or reporting role.
* Proficiency in use of data tools
* Strong analytical and problems-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Strong project management skills
* Knowledge of data protection legislation and principles (GDPR).
