We’re recruiting a Group Bid Manager to join our client’s expanding team and lead high-profile, strategic bids across Ireland and the UK.
This hybrid role offers excellent opportunities for career progression into senior preconstruction positions.
Role
* Lead end-to-end bid management, from tender identification to submission.
* Develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Coordinate proposal development and ensure compliance with client requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes.
Requirements
* Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality bids.
* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
* Flexible to travel for client meetings and site visits.
