Innovation/Commercial Director
who will lead the strategic vision and delivery of high-impact client experiences within our brand-new Innovation Centre.

Responsibilities
As Innovation/Commercial Director, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, Partners, and clients to position the centre as a catalyst for growth and a differentiator in pursuits. Your responsibilities will include:
* Drive Strategic Engagements: Design and oversee immersive experiences that help clients solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
* Lead Business Development Initiatives: Partner with client teams to integrate the Innovation Centre into key pursuits, ensuring sessions contribute to winning future business.
* Shape Industry Presence: Represent KPMG at major industry events and leverage the Innovation Centre to host thought leadership forums that strengthen client relationships.
* Influence Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with Partners and C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with client priorities and sector trends.
* Deliver Impactful Experiences: Utilize advanced technology and design thinking methodologies to create sessions that foster collaboration, creativity, and measurable outcomes.
* Champion Innovation Culture: Inspire internal teams and clients to embrace innovative approaches, positioning KPMG as a trusted advisor in transformation and growth.
What We're Looking For
* Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in consulting, innovation, or business development roles, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
* Proven High Calibre Workshop Design and Facilitation: 10+ years of experience in designing and leading impactful client experiences, ideally in professional services.
* Business Development Expertise: Strong experience in pursuits and client engagement, with the ability to translate insights into tangible opportunities.
* Exceptional Communication: Skilled at articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
* Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and deliver experiences that align with client objectives and KPMG's growth strategy.
* Industry Awareness: Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to leverage them in client conversations and events.
* Collaborative Approach: A leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and inspires teams to deliver excellence.
