Job Objectives
* To deliver duties within the Centre daily while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Main Responsibilities
* To ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing mentorship and leadership to their team members. They must maintain the highest level of infection control standards as per company policy & national best practice guidance.
Ambition Required
persons appointed for this role shall have minimum three years managerial experience working in health or social setting similar healthcare service
We require an individual with degree level 7/8 qualification from health-related fields who has management background knowledge also possesses sound understanding IT practical uses
good verbal written communication – good at reasoning judgement making tough decision on occasion
required possession holds valid driver license clean record
