Outside Service SupervisorThe Outside Service Supervisor ("OSS") position at Hogs Head Golf Club ("HHGC") represents a rare and exciting opportunity to serve at one of the world's premier private resort golf clubs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Performs other duties as assigned by management.· Assist in managing the OSS team within the golf operation.· Assist in leading the SOPs in all areas of the OSS team.· Assists golf operations as needed in servicing Hogs and Guests.· Demonstrates a high level of customer service, adheres to established work methods and provides instruction on safety procedures to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.· Implements, enforces and complies with company policies and procedures.· Assists in coordinating monthly and year-end physical inventories.· Leading the team in SOPs for shipping merchandise after sales are completed (Off Season).· Assist in the coordination and implementation of team rostering.· Deliver a consistent 5-star experience to all Hogs and Guests.· Support the daily management and smooth operation of the Pro Shop.· Assist with merchandise purchasing and supplier coordination.· Maintain high visual merchandising standards in creative and engaging ways.· Supervise and support the team to ensure strong performance and morale.· Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.· Demonstrate initiative and always lead by example.· Perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.COMMUNICATION:Reports to the Assistant Golf Professional and Director of Golf.To train and communicate to the team the values and expectations of service delivery in all areas.Maintaining effective communication to ensure plans, challenges and successes are understood and individual performance is aligned to Company requirements.Assist in recruiting, supervising, training, evaluating, motivating and retaining staffCommunicates official plans, policies and procedures to staff in assigned area of responsibility.Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials and all members of the general publicAttend scheduled HOD and management meetings as requestedTRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:· Continuously develop job knowledge by attending all scheduled company training· Action any training and development needs of the team· Coaches, mentors and supports all departments· Promoting and contributing to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity· Ensure team members are conversant with and aware of Company standards and that those standards are fully implemented· Utilise leadership skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfactionFINANCIAL:· Assist in comparing pricing with various suppliers· Assist in the coordination and execution of monthly stocktakeQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty at the highest standard.
