We are looking for a skilled professional to join our kitchen team as an Assistant Chef.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
* Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role, a passion for food, and excellent teamwork skills. They will be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and have a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
