About The Role
As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional employees who support CLO's mission. Working under the general direction of the Manager Recruitment, Learning and Development, you will coordinate end to end recruitment activities and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
* Deliver person-centred, best practice recruitment services across the organisation.
* Partner with leaders to identify vacancies and develop effective recruitment campaigns.
* Source talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media and networks.
* Manage the end to end recruitment cycle, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
* Maintaining accurate, compliant records and documentation by applying a high level of attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce data, contributing to organisational reporting and analysis
What You Bring
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in recruitment and strong administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
What You Need to Thrive
* Current C Drivers Licence
* NDIS Working Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Tertiary qualification in HR or a relevant discipline
