Senior Therapist Position
About the Role:
1. In this role, you will be a key member of our multidisciplinary team providing therapy and support to individuals and their families. Your expertise will also be utilized in supervision, consultation, and training.
2. You will contribute to managing complex relationships within the team, ensuring care remains safe, effective, and compassionate.
3. We are seeking an individual with strong assessment and intervention skills for adults with complex mental health presentations.
4. Your role will involve contributing to clinical decision-making, service planning, and promoting psychological approaches across the team.
5. You will manage a caseload while collaborating with the MDT.
6. Contribute to individual care planning and service development.
7. Provide consultation and formulation to team members.
8. Engage in reflective practice, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Eligibility Criteria:
9. A Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology.
10. Professional registration with a relevant body.
11. At least 5 years post-qualification experience, with 2 years at Senior level.
12. A proven ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
13. Experience working with adults with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
14. Experience working with people with Psychosis from diverse backgrounds.
15. Delivering teaching and supervision in an MDT setting.
16. Strong formulation, intervention, and risk management skills.
17. A full driving licence is required.
